A native of Fridley, Minnesota, Dr. Monette received his undergraduate education at Minnesota State University, Mankato. He holds a Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, and a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association.

Dr. Monette is a military veteran with 26 years of service in the United States Navy and enjoys serving the vision care needs of the community.
